Welcome to Inline Storage. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and online services. The website is operated by INLINE STORAGE, LLC, doing business as Inline Storage, a self-storage company serving central Texas (“Inline Storage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our facilities, request information, and access available reservation, rental, or account services.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. To enter into a rental agreement or complete a transaction, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may not:

- Attempt to access another customer’s account or information without permission.

- Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability.

- Introduce malicious software or attempt to bypass security measures.

- Use the website to submit fraudulent reservations, unauthorized payments, or misleading information.

- Copy or use website content for commercial purposes without our permission, except as permitted by law.

2. Separate Storage Rental Agreement

These Terms govern website use. Renting a storage unit requires a separate rental agreement.

Your rental agreement and applicable facility rules govern your storage tenancy, including rent, fees, access, permitted storage, insurance requirements, termination, and remedies for nonpayment. If these Terms conflict with your rental agreement regarding your tenancy, the rental agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

Website descriptions do not amend an existing rental agreement. Nothing in these Terms creates additional lien rights, authorizes the sale of stored property, or replaces notices required by law.

3. Unit Information and Availability

We aim to keep unit descriptions, dimensions, features, pricing, and availability accurate. However, information may contain errors or become outdated.

Unit dimensions are approximate, and usable space may vary. Photos and illustrations may be representative rather than images of the specific unit available to rent.

Please confirm any feature important to your decision—including unit size, access hours, climate control, or vehicle access—before renting. Security features, where offered, do not guarantee against theft, damage, or loss.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Reservations

Prices and availability displayed on the website may change before a reservation or rental is confirmed. Changes affecting an existing tenancy are governed by the rental agreement and applicable law.

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, dates, and other conditions. Taxes, administrative fees, insurance or protection-plan charges, and other applicable costs will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.

Submitting an inquiry or reservation request does not itself create a rental agreement. Reservation duration, any required deposit, and cancellation or refund terms will be provided during the reservation process or in your confirmation.

If we discover a material pricing or availability error after you submit a request, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options before proceeding.

5. Online Accounts and Payments

If you create an online account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may submit payment information only if you are authorized to use that payment method. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider, whose applicable terms and privacy practices also apply.

Automatic payments require a separate authorization. These Terms alone do not enroll you in automatic payments.

Payment deadlines, late fees, cancellations, and refunds are governed by your rental agreement or the terms disclosed for the applicable transaction. If an online payment fails or the website is unavailable, contact us promptly to arrange another payment method.

6. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

When you contact us or submit an inquiry, reservation, or account request, we may respond using the contact information you provide. Marketing emails and text messages are subject to any separate consent requirements and applicable law. Using this website alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

7. Website Content and Ownership

The Inline Storage name, logos, graphics, photographs, text, and other website materials are owned by Inline Storage or used with permission.

You may view and print website materials for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our branding for commercial purposes without written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment processors, account portals, maps, and reservation tools.

We do not control third-party websites or services. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or its content.

9. Website Availability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website will meet every user’s needs
